Lots of customer is waiting for the packages urgently after the order is placed. However, all of you must to know that all the items on our website have certain days processing time, and we could ship them out only after they have been finished. We have listed all of the item processing time on our item page. You can always check it online. 

We will send you emails to your login email address regarding the order tracking number after the order is shipped out. You may track the order status by yourself. If you use super saving(E-package, B-post, ChinaPost.ect) shipping method, you may receive the package within 15-20 days after package is shipped out. If you do not receive the package after the time frame, you can contact your local post office to see they have the package. If they cannot locate it as well, please feel free to contact our customer service for help. 

Sometimes, you may find that the package shows delivered on the tracking website but you have no idea where the package is. In this case, firstly, you can checking your surrounding area to see if you can locate the package. Then, please feel free to ask your family member and  neighborhood to see if they happen to receive the package for you. If you still cannot locate the package, please always contact the shipping carrier ASAP to locate the package. You can find their contact information on their website.
